Took my $ & won’t respond 😩😩😩😩
Positive: Location
Negative: Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, I’m starting to think there is no staff 😩 I’ve reached out to this person sooooo many times about refunding me for a cleaning fee that I had to pay twice when it could’ve easily been avoided. Now me or Booking.com can’t get a hold of them and a formal complaint had to be filed and they are doing an investigation since it’s not ethical Landlord behavior.
Bon à savoir
