Peaceful Positive: Super clean, great kitchen, near the beach

Perfect apartment close to the sea Positive: Wonderful location working 5 minutes drive of Lake Worth pier and the beach. Beautifully renovated apartments, offering everything you need for the stay. Very clean. Private parking Negative: Beware of road noise, we got lucky as had a quiet apartment. No safe at the property.

This was a terrible mistake. We got no help and no understanding. Negative: Property is located on a main road, not near anything, requiring a car. It is also in a bad area, not at all what we expected from palm beach. Walking would not work at all because of the busy roads and lack of sidewalk and safety. Once we realized the property would not work for us, we asked to cancel with ten days notice. The owner refused just because she could. There was zero understanding and zero flexibility even during high season when the owner could have tried to open the booking. I would not expect an ounce of give here.

Great choice! Positive: I appreciated that the villa was freshly updated! As an owner of rental property, I loved the mini-kitchen. It was cute and well organized. I liked the black out curtains as well as the storage for personal items in the bathroom. The king bed was a must-have for us. The condo was centrally located and convenient to the beaches and West Palm Beach!
