Would not stay here or recommend. Payment is non-refundable no matter what. Positive: The apartment was clean. The kitchen has fridge, small stove, dishes, silverware, salt and pepper and a few coffee pods. Nice bathroom. Negative: Rooms # 5 through 10 are facing the street. We stayed in room 5 at the corner of the building. It is on a main road. There is a lot of traffic noise, the apartment vibrated when trucks went past, cars playing music at night. Traffic noise coming through the wall led to poor rest and sleep. The only quiet apartments would be #1-4, which are on the inside of the property. The apartment is VERY small. Space only large enough for 2 adults. The king bed frame is creaky and the mattress felt like we were laying on a big rubber eraser. There was miniature furniture in the bedroom that was supposed to be the living area. The table is about a foot wide between 2 chairs that are child sized. The chairs under the TV that need chair covers. We did not sit on them. There is no onsite parking for the outside rooms. You can park across the street. The neighbors were not noisy and not social. There is no reception onsite. Someone may stop by if you have questions or need something. It did not feel like we were on vacation there due to the noise. We moved to a hotel 2 days before our checkout date.

Perfect apartment close to the sea Positive: Wonderful location working 5 minutes drive of Lake Worth pier and the beach. Beautifully renovated apartments, offering everything you need for the stay. Very clean. Private parking Negative: Beware of road noise, we got lucky as had a quiet apartment. No safe at the property.

This was a terrible mistake. We got no help and no understanding. Negative: Property is located on a main road, not near anything, requiring a car. It is also in a bad area, not at all what we expected from palm beach. Walking would not work at all because of the busy roads and lack of sidewalk and safety. Once we realized the property would not work for us, we asked to cancel with ten days notice. The owner refused just because she could. There was zero understanding and zero flexibility even during high season when the owner could have tried to open the booking. I would not expect an ounce of give here.
