Novíssimo 1 BR Perto da Praia - Espaço de Trabalho e Pátio (Apto 4)

Positive: The accommodations were thoughtful. It was like home away from home. The villas were clean. The outdoor space was tranquil and inviting. We enjoyed our stay.

Okay Positive: Spacious and clean - relatively well equipped other than no corkscrew- access to washer/dryer Negative: There’s no staff on property - was difficult to identify which unit was booked - took a while to get into the unit. There was an issue with the screen door leading into the apartment, which continued throughout my stay - there was only a day’s supply of coffee, No maid service, no television other than CNN and lame free streaming TV channels. The unit had one lamp and only overhead lighting that’s a little harsh - could use a few more lamps.

The M must stand for Magnificent! Positive: The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean & extremely comfortable. I could actually see myself living in it. I will definitely be staying again. The location is excellent. Close to everything, the beach, shops, restaurants & Bryant Park was especially nice to walk along the Intracoastal & take in the beautiful scenery. Negative: The only thing I would recommend is putting dimmer switches in. The LED lights were very bright as were the AC panel lights.
