This was a terrible mistake. We got no help and no understanding. Negative: Property is located on a main road, not near anything, requiring a car. It is also in a bad area, not at all what we expected from palm beach. Walking would not work at all because of the busy roads and lack of sidewalk and safety. Once we realized the property would not work for us, we asked to cancel with ten days notice. The owner refused just because she could. There was zero understanding and zero flexibility even during high season when the owner could have tried to open the booking. I would not expect an ounce of give here.

Great choice! Positive: I appreciated that the villa was freshly updated! As an owner of rental property, I loved the mini-kitchen. It was cute and well organized. I liked the black out curtains as well as the storage for personal items in the bathroom. The king bed was a must-have for us. The condo was centrally located and convenient to the beaches and West Palm Beach!

Como mejorar Positive: La decoración, la limpieza, el lugar es amplio y cómodo. Negative: Entraba mucha luz por la puerta de vidrio, costaba mucho dormir. Las sábanas pudieron haber sido de algodón, las de fibra me dan alergia. Así es que entre la alergia de las sábanas y la luz, me costó mucho dormir. Todo lo de más, perfecto,

The decor is beautiful, very spa, like my pillows were a little hard Positive: Breakfast is not included. I loved my room however, I was in room 10 which is right on federal highway so it was noisy at night due to cars . Other than that I absolutely adore this place. I’m now in room four and it’s very quiet back here. I love it. Negative: The lighting in apartment 10 is perfect. It’s just noisy because you’re right on federal highway at night The lighting in apartment four is very LED blue but they said they’re going to make that a softer light.
