Estúdio retrô fofo com 2 camas de casal! (Apto 8)

Took my $ & won’t respond 😩😩😩😩 Positive: Location Negative: Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, I’m starting to think there is no staff 😩 I’ve reached out to this person sooooo many times about refunding me for a cleaning fee that I had to pay twice when it could’ve easily been avoided. Now me or Booking.com can’t get a hold of them and a formal complaint had to be filed and they are doing an investigation since it’s not ethical Landlord behavior.

I wouldn’t stay here I could be hurt and can’t reach anyone Positive: Location/Clean Negative: Landlord is very unresponsive I’ve reached out several times so has booking.com I’ve sent texts they’ve sent emails I’ve called they’ve called and now my situation has to be escalated to higher ups he only pays attention to recent bookings not noticing that it’s tenants that are already on the property that are the ones rebooking. But tells us that they are taken because he’s not paying attention or reading messages with the tenants when they are trying to book again now I’m out $90

Apartment is comfortable and clean, but wi-fi is very slow and is difficult to cook and do laundry. Positive: Apartment is clean and comfortable. If you dont intend to cook or do laundry it is a nice place to stay. Of course, it is far away from Miami, but it is close to Palm Beach. Negative: It was hard to get to the place from Miami Intl airport. Traffic was really busy. It took us 1 hour more that expected. If you want to be close to Palm Beach it is ok, but if you want to be close to Miami, forget it. The laundry/machine is shared, and is not 24hours available. I have tried but didn't manage to use them, they were always busy. There is no dish washer, and there are many rules to clean the apartment prior to departure, reason why I gave up from cooking in the apartment. In addition, wi-fi is super slow. And the lamp of the kitchen was not working :(
